T-Notes FAQ

What is a T-Note?

A T-Note is a stable blockchain securities notes, which has the same liquidity as a cash bank note. It is Tax-free, 100% backed by valuable assets and bears a yearly reward of 2% in TNC on every T-Note you’ve held in your e-wallet.

When will my reward be added to my e-wallet?

The annual reward, which is applicable for every T-Note, will be added to your e-wallet at the end of the year on the 31st of December. The reward is calculated in real-time during the year through special programming.

What is the T-Notes platform?

The T-Notes platform is a secured and independent blockchain platform, completely disconnected from the banking system. Via this platform, you can send and receive T-Notes instantly and anonymously without any limit or external approval. The T-Notes platform can be accessed here or via the T-Notes App, available on the App Store and Google Play Store.

Who can invest in T-Notes?

T-Notes are accessible for any investor. The criteria options as investor are outlined both in the PPM, as in the subscription form options, which you find in our  download center.

What is the minimum investment amount?

There is no minimum amount required to invest in T-Notes. Depending on the amount you want to invest, different subscription forms are required. For more information, please consult our download center.

Are there costs involved?

When purchasing T-Notes, a subscription fee of 1.5% in EUR is charged. A transaction fee of 0.75% in TNC also applies to each transaction between T-Note holders.

What are the tax implications for T-Notes?

Revenues need to be analyzed by the investors with their tax advisor at the level of their jurisdiction and verify how their investment will be organized. Thymesia Securities SA as securitization vehicle, is exempted from withholding tax to be deducted from revenues allocated to the investors – being dividend or interest equivalent (reward).

How to transfer T-Notes into cash and cash into T-Notes?

We create a high liquid secondary market through our own crypto exchange platform (coming soon). Through this platform, T-Notes can be bought and sold against fiat money (EUR). We also offer the possibility to trade crypto currencies, with T-Notes as a basis.

How are the investor’s funds secured from the moment an investor executes the transaction, to the holding of a T-Note?

The funds received on the account of Thymesia Capital Partners from the placement of the T-Notes, against the release of the T-Notes to the investor’s e-wallet, are subsequently invested in the various asset classes, as indicated in the PPM. All assets covering the T-Notes are transparently listed on the website. The NAV (Net Asset Value) can be consulted on Bloomberg and the Euronext stock exchange.

How are the assets backed? Where can the investor find this information?

T-Notes are invested through a special algorithm in the various asset classes, as indicated in the PPM. The total NAV (Net Asset Value) of the covering assets is equal to the total value of the outstanding T-Notes. For the value determination of the underlying assets, we work with experts worldwide. The value determination is supervised on a quarterly basis by our partner BDO. All assets covering the T-Notes are transparently listed on our website. The NAV can be consulted on Bloomberg and the Euronext stock exchange.

What is the process for making an investment in T-Notes?

1. The investor first downloads the E-Wallet app for T-Notes, to obtain an E-Wallet     address for T-Notes. (See The Download Center section of the website)
2. The investor completes the appropriate subscription form and includes the E-Wallet Address obtained under point 1 on to the subscription form and emails it to                         subscription@thymesiasecurities.com, along with the required information. The investor can also download the E-Wallet app for T-Notes.
3. Once the investor passes the KYC/AML review, the investor is invited to wire the      purchase price of the T-Notes.
4. The investor, after approval from the board of directors, then transfers the purchase       price for the subscribed volume of T-Notes to the bank escrow account of                 Thymesia Capital Partners.
5. The bank confirms receipt of the investor’s funds for that E-Wallet address and                 holds the funds in escrow.
6. Thymesia Capital Partners then sends the T-Notes to the investor’s E-Wallet.
7. The bank receives confirmation of the T-Notes sent by Thymesia Capital Partners
to the investor, in accordance with the subscription form and dedicated E-Wallet             address and then releases the funds to Thymesia Capital Partners.
